Courage is Contagious
We are stronger together!
Courage Collectives unite people inside the pillars of support (business, faith, media, labor, education, etc.) to refuse cooperation with authoritarian power and move our institutions to defend democracy.
How it works:
Gather people who share your pillar identity (teachers, union members, faith congregation members, etc.)
Map your leverage (associations, employers, boards, etc.)
Pick a target
Run noncooperation actions
In an Indivisible group? Create a pillar sub-team, or launch a separate Collective. Create Courage Collective training sessions.
Signs of Solidarity
Invite local businesses to show their support for our immigrant neighbors. Let business owners know what their rights are if ICE comes to their place of business, and how they can increase legal protection for their employees.
These signs are key to let community members know that there is widespread opposition to ICE in their own neighborhoods.
